These terms apply to your use of the HEEEVEN Construction & Property Solutions website and services, provided by HEEEVEN Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.

Who we are

HEEEVEN is a technology company. We publish software: a property marketplace and an automated, AI-assisted property-intelligence tool. We are not an estate agent, broker or registered valuer, we do not buy, sell or let property ourselves, and brokers who advertise on the platform are independent businesses.

What we provide

• A marketplace where brokers, agents and owners advertise property, and buyers and tenants browse and enquire.
• Automated property intelligence: price checks, valuation estimates and reports calculated from recorded market evidence.

Estimates are not formal valuations

Every estimate and report is an automated market estimate based on the evidence available on its date. It is not a statutory valuation by a registered valuer, not a survey and not legal or financial advice. Property facts are as supplied by users and are not physically inspected. Always do your own checks before you buy, sell or pay any money. That includes an independent title search and a survey.

Listings and brokers

• Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings and must have the right to market the property.
• Uploaded documents are reviewed for consistency only; their submission does not guarantee legal title.
• We may review, edit, pause or remove listings and accounts that are inaccurate, misleading, duplicated or abusive.
• Transactions are between buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and their brokers. We are not a party to them and do not hold deposits.

Paid services

• Broker access costs ₦20,000 for 30 days and is not renewed automatically. Full evaluation reports cost ₦20,000 each.
• Card payments in pounds or dollars are converted from the naira price at the rate shown at checkout.

Acceptable use

Do not post false listings, scrape the site, attempt to access other users' data, or use the site for fraud or harassment.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on estimates, listings or broker statements, or for losses arising from transactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
