Payments & refunds

How to pay

• Bank transfer in naira: use your payment reference as the narration. Access starts when we confirm receipt, usually within a few hours.
• Card in pounds or dollars via Stripe: the naira price is converted at the rate shown at checkout and rounded up to the nearest whole unit.

Broker access (₦20,000 for 30 days)

• Access starts immediately once payment is confirmed and lasts 30 days. There are no automatic charges; pay again to extend.
• If you have not published any listing, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of payment.
• Unused days are not refunded once your listings have been published.

Evaluation reports (₦20,000)

• A report is digital content delivered immediately. By buying it you ask for it to start straight away.
• If we cannot produce a report because there is not enough evidence, or a technical fault stops delivery, we refund you in full.

Bank transfers we can't match

If we receive a transfer we cannot match to an order, contact us with your reference and proof of payment and we'll activate or refund it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back the way you paid. Card payments are refunded through Stripe, and bank transfers go back to the account they came from.
