What it costs
Looking around is free. Brokers pay one monthly fee and get everything. If you want a full report on a property, you pay once, and it's the same price.
Prices in naira. Pay by bank transfer, or by card in pounds or dollars. Broker access lasts 30 days. Pay again and you get another 30. We never charge you automatically. Reports and price checks are automated market estimates, not statutory valuations.
